Parikh, NJP Healthcare private limited is dedicated to produce pure aqueous extract keeping in view the significance of herbal medicine form and successfully conceptualizing on the principles of Ayurveda. Manufacturing Unit/Manufacturing Process

NJP Healthcare is blessed with a sound manufacturing facility known as Leopard Investment Limited which was developed in 1991. It is located in the biggest industrial zone in western India which is Vapi, Dist. Valsad in the region of South Gujarat and have all the required license. The production unit is well maintained and cleaned on regular basis in order to produce uniform quality products. By conducting regular researches, we are able to produce wide range of Herbal & Ayurvedic products in the purest form.

We are fully equipped with a manufacturing facility with all the required licenses. Our manufacturing unit consists of pulverizing units, extractors, jacketed vessels, concentration plants, spray dryer, tray dryer, fluid bed dryer, rapid mixer granulator, milling equipment, R.O. system, plate heat exchanger, external oil manufacturing set up, and distillation plant. All of our 200+ extracts including Rasayan Extracts, Amala Extracts, Trikatu Extracts, Triphala Extracts, Avipattikar Extracts and others certified by G.M.P and ISO 22000.

At our unit, the R&D team follows stringent quality methods while utilizing the advanced instruments such as HPTLC, HPLC and UV Spectrophotometer. The procedures we follow include Micro-Limits Testing, Phytochemical Assays and Shelf Life.
